How can I get free shipping?

  • At our website we provide Free Shipping within UAE for orders that are higher than 500 AED


How does same-day delivery and next-day delivery work?

  • Depending on the time of placing your order and the shipping plan, you decide. The plans are listed as follows:

  • Elite- Plan: One to Two Days Delivery with a cost of 45 AED

  • Gold- Plan: 2 to 4 Days Delivery with a cost of 35 AED

  • Normal Plan: more than 4 Days Delivery  with a cost of 30 AED

  • All of the plans are subjected to orders that are placed before 8:00 PM UAE local Time


How can I cancel my order?

Which countries do you ship to?

  • We are mainly stationed in the United Arab Emirates. We use local shipping companies to fulfil the shipments in general. For GCC region, we use EMI post and reply on their prices for shipment. What is our return policy?

  • We accept returns dependent on type of productsupon receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another product and collect the previous at our cost.   • We don’t accept returns in general, however in some cases and only if the products had not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. Will I receive a confirmation phone call before delivery happens?

  • After receiving the shipping email confirmation, our customer service team will contact you on the registered phone number on your order to confirm location, date, time and payment arrangement. If the call is not picked after 2 attempts we will notify you on the registered email in our website. If no reply is received we will cancel the order from our end. We reserve the right to deduct handling costs for large orders.
